The Smart Parent App lets a parent follow their own child's progress at Smart Learning Center — attendance, homework grades, vocabulary, guidance from teachers, and the record of fees paid. This page explains what the app handles and who can see it.
Accounts
Parents cannot register themselves. Smart Learning Center creates each parent account and links it to that parent's child or children. The app has no sign-up screen and collects no data from anyone who is not already enrolled at the centre.
What the app handles

The academic and payment records are produced by the centre's teachers and administrators in the course of teaching your child. The app displays them; it does not create them.
Notifications
If you allow them, the app sends notifications when a payment of yours is recorded, and a daily reminder while a month's fee is still outstanding. They stop as soon as the payment is recorded. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings, and the app keeps working without them.
What the app does not do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs.
- Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
- No location, contacts, camera, or microphone access. Photos are read only when you pick one for your profile.
Where the data lives
Smart Learning Center runs the service on these providers, who process data on the centre's behalf:
- Supabase — the database holding the records above.
- Vercel — hosting for the app and its sign-in service.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of notifications, if you enable them.
Traffic between the app and these services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Children's data
The app is for parents and guardians, not for children — a child's own learning app is separate. The records shown are about a minor, and are shown to that minor's parent. The centre does not use them for any purpose beyond teaching and administering that child's course.
Keeping and deleting data
Records are kept while your child is enrolled, and afterwards only as long as the centre needs them for its own administration.
To ask for your account or your data to be deleted, contact Smart Learning Center by email or phone using the details below. Say which parent account it concerns. The centre will confirm when it is done. You can ask this whether or not you still have the app installed.
Some records — such as payment history — may have to be kept for accounting purposes even after an account is closed.
